Series charters

Repeat flights on a set schedule, agreed once and flown many times.

Overview

Some flights repeat: a weekly shuttle between two sites, a season of match days or a run of event weekends. Arranging each one separately wastes time and makes planning harder.

A series charter lets us agree the whole run at once. You give us the route, the dates and the number of passengers. We arrange the aircraft with a licensed, certified air operator and set the timings and terms for the full series. You get a single plan to work with and a single point of contact. If a date needs to move, we talk to the operator and tell you what is possible.

A series works best when the pattern is clear at the start. If it is not yet, we can begin with a first block of dates and extend it once you are happy with how the flights run.

Who it is for

  • Companies running regular shuttles between sites.
  • Organisers with a fixed calendar of events.
  • Teams on a repeating travel pattern.
  • Anyone who wants the same flight again and again.

What we arrange

  • An aircraft agreed for the whole series.
  • A schedule that matches your calendar.
  • One quote and one set of terms.
  • A clear process for changing individual dates.

How it works

  1. Tell us the pattern

Route, dates and passenger numbers for the series.

  2. We agree the series

We arrange the aircraft and terms with the operator.

  3. We run each flight

We confirm every date and handle changes.

Questions we often hear

Is a series cheaper than booking each flight?

We can't promise that. We quote the series clearly, and you can compare it with booking each flight separately.

What if I need to move one date?

It depends on the operator's terms. We agree how changes work when we set up the series.

Can the aircraft change during the series?

We aim to agree the aircraft at the start and tell you if the operator needs to substitute one.
