For a conference, launch or wedding, how your guests arrive is part of the experience. A well-timed charter means they land together, fresh and on time, and the event starts as planned.
We work backwards from the event date. You tell us where your guests are coming from and the schedule. We arrange aircraft through licensed, certified air operators for arrivals and departures, and we plan seating, baggage and timings with the operator. We can add ground transport and catering around the flights. If the programme moves, we speak to the operator and tell you what that means for the aircraft.
For larger events, we often suggest a plan B for the day, such as a second departure time or an alternative airport. We discuss these options with you in advance so that you are never deciding under pressure.
