Some flights are part of a brand or an occasion. A product launch, a company milestone or a special celebration can all call for a cabin that feels set up for the moment.

We arrange personalised charters through licensed, certified air operators. What can be changed depends on the aircraft and what the operator allows, so we start by asking. Catering, onboard styling and welcome touches are often possible. Anything that involves branding the cabin or the aircraft needs the operator's approval and, in some cases, takes more time. We confirm the options and the timing before we quote so you know what is realistic.

Where an idea is not possible on a particular aircraft, we will say so and suggest what could work instead. That might be a different aircraft, different timing or a simpler version of what you had in mind.
