Productions and tours move many people and a lot of equipment, on schedules set by shows and call times. Instruments, cases and gear need the right aircraft, and the people need to arrive in time to do their jobs.
We arrange charters for orchestras, touring acts, film and TV crews through licensed, certified air operators. You tell us the people, the equipment and the dates. We look for aircraft with room for both, check the airports and plan the sectors around your calls and shows. For equipment that will not fit a passenger cabin, we look at cargo options as well. We explain the limits plainly so you can plan around them.
Productions often change at short notice. We keep a clear record of your plan, tell the operator the moment something moves and let you know early if a change affects the aircraft, the timings or the equipment.
