Moving a large group on separate flights means separate delays, separate arrivals and a lot of coordination. A group charter puts everyone on one aircraft, on one timetable, so the group arrives together and the journey becomes part of the event.
We arrange group charters on airliners and other large aircraft through licensed, certified air operators. You give us the group size, the route and the dates. We check which aircraft fit, confirm seating and baggage allowances with the operator and make sure the airports at both ends can take the aircraft. Then we send a clear quote and coordinate the flight until you land.
Large aircraft need suitable airports, so we check runway length, handling and opening hours at both ends early. If your preferred airport cannot take the aircraft, we suggest alternatives and explain what each would mean for your group.
